The brief

Bring a run-down two-bed house back to life as top-spec student accommodation, right in the middle of Cardiff’s student area.

The work

The house was converted into six bedrooms and two bathrooms, built around an open-plan kitchen and living room. We filmed the last jobs being completed before the house was dressed for its first tenants.

The result

“Next level student accommodation,” in our words at the time: six bedrooms, two bathrooms and a shared kitchen-living space that students will actually want to use.
